The directory below displays the company names that appear on the original list created by the Environmental Protection Agency, entitled, “Top 100 PRPs [potentially responsible parties] Based on Number of Sites At Which They Are Involved,” updated by the Center to reflect any parent company names or subsidiary status. The Center also included federal agencies.

The Center ran thousands of queries through the EPA’s databases and contacted each company to determine the identity of its sites, which weren’t included in the EPA’s list. Single sites often have multiple companies connected to them.
